Technical Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

This client‑facing implementation leadership role requires a project manager comfortable in both structured and fast‑moving environments. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of software implementations for enterprise and mid‑market customers, guiding projects from requirements through build and deployment while keeping strong alignment with client stakeholders and internal technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of client implementations, from kickoff through go‑live, managing scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans, coordinate internal and client resources, and proactively identify and resolve risks.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for client communication, set clear expectations, provide status reporting to senior stakeholders, and navigate scope changes with transparency.
• Facilitate backlog clarity, sprint planning, and iterative build cycles, ensuring readiness for deployment and successful go‑live execution.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience leading client‑facing software or SaaS/PaaS implementations, preferably with BPM experience.
• Proven ability to manage external client expectations, scope, and executive‑level communication.
• Comfortable operating across both structured and agile delivery approaches with an ownership mindset.
• Calm, organized, and solutions‑oriented under pressure, able to build trust quickly with clients and technical teams.
