Technical Project Manager – Power Tools

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager for Power Tools, you will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver transfer projects, new product developments and platform initiatives for both local and global markets. You will work closely with engineering, plant, marketing and business stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality, cost and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define project targets with stakeholders and lead the team to achieve quality, cost and timeline objectives.
• Develop and implement the Project Management Plan based on the Project Charter, incorporating lessons learned.
• Assess technical feasibility together with business and industrial design teams.
• Manage project design maturity within the Bosch Engineering System‑Product Engineering framework.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams to build required competencies.
• Escalate impediments to the business team and monitor project spending and investment.
• Collaborate with plant and marketing teams for execution of tasks and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in people management.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating cross‑functional project teams.
• Strong business acumen to evaluate project value and risks.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills in English.
