Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead multiple .NET Core software development initiatives in Pune. The role combines strong project management expertise with a solid technical background to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of .NET Core projects, managing scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritisation and release management.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder liaison throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineers, architects, analysts, QA and leadership.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track KPIs, resource utilisation and reporting metrics.
• Conduct stakeholder reviews, steering committee meetings and governance processes.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as requirement analysis, solutioning, effort estimation and proposal preparation.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor project teams.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of overall IT experience with at least 10 years in project management.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale .NET Core applications.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and client relationships.
• Strong planning, execution, monitoring and governance capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
