Technical Program Manager

About the role

Mastercard is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive multiple simultaneous engineering projects within its AI & Decision Product Enablement platform. You will work in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values professional growth and a purpose‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, rationalize, and manage a portfolio of technical projects using Scrum or Kanban execution models.
• Break down complex problems, organize work, plan sprints, and deliver programs on schedule.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design cloud‑native solutions and define integration patterns.
• Provide clear status reporting and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to strategic decisions on architecture, design, and cloud infrastructure.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Experience delivering cloud‑native software products at scale.
• Strong background in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
