Technical Oracle Health Project Manager (Contract)

About the role

Oracle Customer Success Services is seeking an experienced Technical Oracle Health Project Manager to lead Oracle Health Millennium implementations. The contract position will work closely with technical teams, subject‑matter experts, client stakeholders, and healthcare operations to deliver projects with measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute project plans aligned to scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, technical resources, subject‑matter experts, and client stakeholders.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, issues, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status reporting, executive updates, dashboards, risk logs, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project meetings, technical working sessions, governance reviews, and escalation discussions.
• Maintain project documentation, presentations, reports, SharePoint artifacts, and meeting notes.
• Support identification, escalation, and resolution of complex technical and operational issues.
• Assist Oracle Health implementation, migration, optimization, and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project‑management experience in healthcare IT, consulting, technical delivery, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional workstreams.
• Experience handling project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Location in Hyderabad, Bangalore or Noida, India.
