Technical Lead - IAM SelfService

About the role

Airbus India is looking for a Technical Lead to drive the IAM Self‑Service Platform within the Digital Infrastructure & Platforms department. You will lead a high‑caliber engineering squad, collaborating closely with the Product Manager, Product Owner and Product Architect to deliver a secure, automated front‑door for the global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development process, ensuring clean, maintainable and secure code.
• Partner with the Product Architect to implement the Zero Trust roadmap and keep the .NET/Angular stack future‑proof.
• Refine the sprint backlog with the Product Owner, estimate effort and guarantee the Definition of Done for each feature.
• Lead the creation of PowerShell scripts that automate high‑volume Active Directory tasks.
• Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for critical platform issues.
• Mentor the team to shift from ticket‑fixing to feature ownership.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in IT with 10–14 years of software development experience.
• Proven leadership of agile engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle automation and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience with Test‑Driven Development and L3 support.

Required skills

• Microsoft .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C# for building scalable APIs and micro‑services.
• Angular for enterprise‑grade single‑page applications.
• Active Directory (AD) and PowerShell for identity automation.
• SQL Server for data persistence.
• DevOps toolchain: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Artifactory, Jira.
• Test Driven Development (TDD) practices.
