About the role
A Technical Head position covering technical and quality control is open in Bhiwandi. The role leads technical and quality operations and supervises testing and quality teams. It is a full-time, in-person position.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical and quality operations
- Supervise testing and quality teams
- Develop technical procedures
- Improve manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Resolve technical issues
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronics
- 5+ years of experience in electrical manufacturing
- Experience with transformers, stabilizers or UPS
- Team management experience
Required skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Technical troubleshooting skills
What we offer
- Pay of 700,000 to 800,000 INR per year
