Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

Artmac Soft is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise technology projects and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful, on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans.
• Monitor delivery KPIs, quality metrics and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Facilitate steering meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives and status reporting.
• Coordinate resource allocation, capacity planning and workload management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and release governance standards.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in IT project management, technical delivery or program management.
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise technology projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Experience with distributed or global delivery teams and digital transformation environments.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• Agile methodologies and SDLC knowledge.
• ITIL process familiarity.
