Technical Data Support Apprentice

About the role

Join Airbus India in Bangalore as a Technical Data Support Apprentice. This 12‑month program will immerse you in the Customer Services – Fleet Efficiency & Engineering department, where you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of critical aircraft technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Author and support technical data for Maintenance & Engineering manuals (AMM, IPC, TSM) following specifications, quality standards, and configuration management rules.
• Provide daily operational support for fleet management, ensuring timely delivery of manuals to customers such as MROs, airlines, and lessors.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to technical data processes, tools, and transnational standardisation.
• Assist customers and internal users with maintenance and material deliverables.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (undergraduate or postgraduate) in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• No prior full‑time professional experience; internships and academic projects are acceptable.
• Willingness to commit to the full 12‑month apprenticeship.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of aircraft systems and aeronautics.
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance concepts.
• Familiarity with technical data authoring (AMM, IPC, TSM).
• Exposure to coding and artificial intelligence (preferred).
• Project management awareness.
