About the role
The Production Operator is responsible for meeting daily output targets while ensuring zero defects. The role involves assembling boxed products, testing, and packing according to detailed work instructions.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble boxed products following work instructions.
- Inspect finished items and perform any required rework.
- Conduct product testing and packaging.
- Follow safety, ESD, and 5S housekeeping standards.
- Record production, inspection, and repair data.
- Maintain tools and keep the workstation organized.
Required profile
- High school or ITI qualification.
- 1–3 years of soldering experience.
- Micro‑soldering skills with steady hands.
- Basic computer usage ability.
