Technical Business Analyst (Mobile Platform iOS & Android)

About the role

ANZ is looking for a seasoned Technical Business Analyst to lead analysis activities for complex mobile platform projects on iOS and Android. You will translate business needs into detailed technical solutions and support delivery through both SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, refine and document business and technical requirements for mobile platform initiatives.
• Perform process mapping of current and target states, identify dependencies, risks and issues.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria, and support backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with development teams in Scrum or low‑complexity change environments.
• Facilitate communication, feedback loops and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Learn and apply ANZ release processes, ADF and Agile ways of working.
• Support colleagues’ wellbeing and contribute to guilds or communities of practice.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in the banking domain.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end mobile platform projects for iOS and Android.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently or within a Scrum team on low to medium complexity components.
