Technical Architect (ServiceNow)

About the role

Clarivate is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency, platform scalability, and business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce ServiceNow technical standards, architectural governance, and platform strategy.
• Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decision‑making to ensure secure, scalable, and upgrade‑safe implementations.
• Provide architectural leadership across CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, ITOM, integrations, automation, and platform engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor engineering teams, promote best practices, and identify opportunities to optimise platform performance and governance.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 9+ years on ServiceNow and at least 3 years in a ServiceNow architect role.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions, covering architecture, governance, and technical strategy.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or equivalent advanced ServiceNow credentials.
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions and mentor cross‑functional teams in global, distributed environments.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping).
• Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Service Graph Connectors, enterprise integrations.
• Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.
• Now Assist and AI‑powered ServiceNow capabilities.
