Technical Architect – AI/ML

About the role

Snowflake is building the agentic enterprise and needs AI‑native thinkers to redesign how work gets done. As a Technical Architect for AI/ML, you will join the AI/ML Workload Services team within Services Delivery, helping customers move data‑science pipelines from ideation to production using Snowflake and its partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert on Snowflake for AI/ML workloads, designing solutions based on customer requirements.
• Build, deploy and operationalise ML pipelines using Snowflake features and partner tools.
• Develop hands‑on proofs‑of‑concept with SQL, Python and APIs for GenAI and ML workloads.
• Collaborate with system integrators and guide customers through technical challenges.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive AI/ML technologies and position Snowflake accordingly.
• Travel up to 25 % of the time to work on‑site with customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pre‑sales or post‑sales technical roles with customers.
• Deep understanding of the full data‑science lifecycle, MLOps, and at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience.
