Senior Partner Solution Engineer

About the role

Snowflake is looking for a senior‑level Partner Solution Engineer to accelerate technical growth across its partner ecosystem in India. The role blends deep technical expertise with partner‑facing activities, helping partners unlock the power of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Snowflake’s Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to design and implement optimal solutions for System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and ISVs.
• Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications that up‑skill partner teams on Snowflake architecture and best practices.
• Co‑develop industry‑specific accelerators (e.g., data migration frameworks, industry data models) and align Snowflake products to partner service offerings.
• Present at Snowflake and partner events, lead hackathons, and drive awareness and adoption within partner organisations.
• Partner on strategic customer engagements, define use cases, execute compelling Proof‑of‑Concepts, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Own the technology roadmap with partners, building reference architectures and delivery methodologies.
• Advocate for partner and customer needs with Snowflake product teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including work with global and regional system integrators, cloud service providers, and technology partners.
• Proven track record of developing data‑domain thought leadership within a partner community.
• Deep understanding of partner revenue models, industry priorities, and challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to design and build highly scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka.
• Strong SQL and data‑warehousing fundamentals, preferably with cloud‑DW experience.
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build.
• Extensive experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and related integration services.
• Experience with AI/ML use cases is a plus.
