Technical Account Manager

About the role

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is the primary post‑sale contact for assigned enterprise accounts, combining commercial ownership with hands‑on cybersecurity expertise to ensure customers continuously derive value from CloudSEK’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to security teams, CXOs, CISOs and partners, driving engagement through quarterly and annual business reviews.
• Tri­age platform findings, conduct configuration reviews and deliver actionable threat‑intelligence insights.
• Drive 100% adoption of CloudSEK solutions, run product walkthroughs and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Own renewal cycles, ensure on‑time renewals and expand net revenue retention while reducing churn.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues, capture feedback and influence product improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years in cybersecurity client‑facing roles such as account management, customer success or security consulting.
• Proven record of managing renewals, driving upsell/cross‑sell and meeting revenue targets for enterprise accounts.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders (CXOs, CISOs) and navigating procurement or partner ecosystems.
• Exposure to regulated sectors such as BFSI is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of threat intelligence, digital risk protection, data leak prevention, attack surface management and brand/fraud monitoring.
• Familiarity with SaaS security platforms and their integration into customer workflows.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline and account record management.
