Tech Lead – Expert Circuit Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design and development of analog circuits for automotive braking system products. You will lead a team in creating robust, cost‑effective hardware solutions while ensuring compliance with safety, thermal and reliability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, modify, and maintain analog circuits for automotive braking systems.
• Perform circuit calculations using Mathcad and simulations with Saber.
• Analyze the impact of electronic component changes on circuit performance.
• Own HW layout and circuit module responsibilities throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Propose innovative design improvements and cost‑saving strategies.
• Collaborate with ECU customers and internal functional teams on safety, thermal and reliability aspects.
• Conduct lab testing and measurements using CROs, multimeters, load boxes, etc.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 7‑9 years of hands‑on experience in analog circuit design for automotive applications.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex hardware projects.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of electronic circuit theory.
• Analog circuit design for power supplies, ADC monitoring, CAN interfaces.
• Design experience with gate drivers, motor drives, DC‑DC, boost converters, LVR, MOSFETs.
• Proficiency in circuit calculation tools (Mathcad) and simulation tools (Saber).
• Experience with laboratory measurement equipment (CRO, multimeter, load boxes).
• Motor path design and 48 V circuit development expertise.
