About the role

Join Airbus Customer Services in Bangalore as a Tech Data Automation Specialist, focusing on knowledge representation and machine learning. You will help modernise aircraft maintenance documentation by building intelligent, logically‑driven databases and AI pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced logical databases using TypeDB, Neo4j, or Datalog.
• Develop and maintain knowledge‑graph systems to host complex, interconnected data.
• Create intuitive GUI front‑ends for data interaction and exploration.
• Collaborate with data analysts to translate requirements into effective data models.
• Architect and build end‑to‑end ML and Generative AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models, including Large Language Models and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation techniques.
• Integrate ML models with core knowledge bases to deliver hybrid AI solutions.
• Participate in the full AI project lifecycle, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
