Team Member - Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Team Member to design and execute recruitment strategies that align with our business goals. You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners to attract, assess and secure top talent across all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce plans.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and forecast talent demand.
• Drive recruitment planning for volume, lateral, and leadership hiring.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, salary negotiations and offer management.
• Provide regular hiring updates, recruitment analytics and market intelligence to stakeholders.
• Strengthen employer branding through recruitment marketing and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with educational institutions, professional bodies and industry networks.
• Maintain recruitment policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards, and manage vendors and job portals.
• Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technologies effectively.
• Track and report key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness and diversity hiring.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team, setting performance goals and promoting best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition, preferably in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders.
• Analytical mindset with experience reporting recruitment metrics and providing market insights.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance, labor regulations and best‑practice sourcing techniques.
• Leadership experience in coaching and developing a recruitment team.
