Team Member - Talent Acquisition

About the role

The HR Associate – Talent Acquisition partners with HR Business Partners and line managers to deliver the People Plan objectives for assigned segments. This hands‑on role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition through onboarding, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adjust resourcing strategies based on market data, talent availability and demand plans.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including role definition, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain cost‑per‑hire targets by sourcing directly via LinkedIn, job boards and other social media tools.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion commitments are embedded in the recruitment approach.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and meet Service Level Agreement targets.
• Manage ATS data integrity and act as primary contact for recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources from a Tier‑1 institute.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on, in‑house recruitment experience, preferably high‑volume (around 100 roles per year).
• Proven ability to partner with HR Business Partners and line managers.
• Strong understanding of market trends, talent availability and competitor intelligence.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other job boards for candidate sourcing.
• Social media sourcing techniques.
