Team Member – Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Team Member – Engineering to join the Instrumentation section of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. The role focuses on coordinating breakdown and improvement activities, overseeing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality compliance across our manufacturing facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate breakdown, preventive maintenance (PM) and improvement activities in SAP, maintaining accurate records.
• Oversee external contractors and agencies, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Review production operations, train team members, and manage spare‑parts inventory.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to minimise equipment downtime.
• Maintain budgets, support technical activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the reliable operation of instruments, equipment and facilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external contractors.
• Familiarity with safety, quality and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.
