Team Manager – Talent and Training Services

About the role

The Team Manager – Talent and Training Services will lead the Recruitment and Training teams within DHL Global Forwarding Freight's Global Service Center. You will shape talent acquisition strategies, ensure high‑quality training delivery, and partner with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business goals.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high‑performing team of recruiters.
• Source and attract top talent using social media, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and guide selection processes.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead a team of trainers delivering product and certification programmes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training content and coordinate training sessions to meet target hours.
• Monitor trainer performance, improve facilitation quality and produce dashboards for leadership.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with reporting policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Extensive experience in talent acquisition, training services and logistics business.
• Proven team‑management experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong reporting tool skills.
