Team Leader – Wellness Studio

About the role

The Team Leader will manage daily operations of the Aromathai Wellness Studio, ensuring a seamless client experience and motivating the staff. Acting as the link between the team and senior management, this role drives service quality, sales performance, and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day studio operations, enforce SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory of spa products, conduct stock audits and replenishments.
• Support promotional activities, workshops, and events planning.
• Lead, schedule, and train spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff to meet sales and service targets.
• Resolve team conflicts, mentor staff, and maintain high employee satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle escalations, and foster client loyalty.
• Drive sales of services, wellness packages, and retail products through upselling and cross‑selling coaching.
• Analyze sales data, identify revenue opportunities, and help achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Assist with cash handling, billing, daily reconciliations, and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Hospitality, Wellness, or Retail Management) or equivalent.
• 2‑4 years of supervisory or team‑leader experience in spa, wellness, or retail environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Passionate about wellness, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced client‑focused setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
