Team Leader - Security

About the role

The Hyatt Regency Trivandrum is looking for a proactive Team Leader – Security to support the efficient operation of its security department. Reporting to senior management, you will help ensure that security services align with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies, brand standards, and the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the security team and its operational activities.
• Support the implementation of security policies and procedures consistent with Hyatt standards.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Monitor and report on security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Contribute to training and development initiatives for security personnel.

Required profile

• Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Security Manager, Senior Security Officer, or a similar senior security role in a large operation.
• Strong practical and operational knowledge of security practices.
• Good administrative abilities to handle reporting and documentation.

Required skills
