Team Leader - Housekeeping

About the role
The Team Leader – Housekeeping will support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. You will help ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the high expectations of guests, owners, and employees.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing all cleaning functions for guest rooms and hotel floors.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping schedules and staff assignments.
- Monitor cleanliness standards and conduct regular inspections.
- Support the implementation of departmental procedures and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or housekeeping management.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and good administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and guests.
