Team Leader – Business Analysis & Regulatory Reporting

About the role

The Team Leader will drive business analysis for regulatory change initiatives within the NTCR Strategy, Change and Transformation team. This role ensures seamless delivery of transaction reporting operations, from problem definition through implementation and post‑go‑live readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end business analysis, including problem statements, requirements gathering, test plan creation, and business readiness validation.
• Perform thorough due‑diligence on breach incidents, documenting root causes, impacts, and remediation actions.
• Maintain oversight of ongoing breach remediation to prevent recurrence.
• Manage audit trails for each breach remediation, ensuring proper review, documentation, and sign‑off.
• Escalate issues appropriately and provide management information as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis within regulatory or transaction reporting environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management, audit processes, and remediation documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an in‑office setting and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
