About the role
We are looking for a proactive Team Lead – Transition to drive the end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire lifecycle for our client operations in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing workforce administration, compensation & benefits, payroll and reporting using SuccessFactors, while ensuring smooth process transitions and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete Hire‑to‑Retire process, including workforce administration, C&B, payroll (pre‑ and post‑payroll) and reporting.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of SuccessFactors reports and resolve replication issues.
- Handle client escalations and conduct client calls in English.
- Coordinate rotational and night shifts to support US‑based operations.
- Drive process transition activities such as process mapping, SIPOC analysis and root‑cause analysis.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of formal education (10+2+3).
- 4‑8 years of experience in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) and related tools.
- Flexibility to work night and rotational shifts and to be onsite full‑time.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Required skills
- SuccessFactors – report creation and replication issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of workforce administration, compensation & benefits, and payroll processes.
