Team Lead – Shift Management

About the role

Amazon Seller Services is looking for a proactive Team Lead to oversee daily shift operations. You will manage a team of associates, ensure productivity, quality and safety standards, and support continuous improvement in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily shift activities, including associate scheduling and job allocation.
• Monitor and mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
• Track count status, resolve queue issues, and drive shift‑level quality initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training and development plans for team members.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits of workstations to maintain operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
