Team Lead – Recruitment (US)

About the role

Guidant Global is seeking a Team Lead for Recruitment to oversee a cross‑functional GCC team that may include Recruiters and Operations Coordinators. The role blends hands‑on delivery with people management, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met across assigned accounts, functions, and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruiters and/or Operations Coordinators, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Monitor individual and team KPI and SLA performance weekly, addressing any dips promptly.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, team reviews, and performance conversations aligned with the global KPI framework.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Act as the primary escalation point for the team and collaborate closely with on‑shore account leads and the Talent Management Lead.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition teams.
• Strong understanding of SLA and KPI management in a recruitment context.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality talent solutions.
