Team Lead - Reconciliation

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking a Team Lead for its Order Reconciliation team in Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, timely reconciliation results while driving team performance in line with departmental KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure effective daily operation of the reconciliation team.
• Design and manage team members' daily schedules, tasks and working hours.
• Keep the team focused on targets and provide guidance based on management direction.
• Lead by example, fostering an environment of trust, open communication and creative problem‑solving.
• Support team members with training, task execution and issue resolution.
• Facilitate collaboration and intervene when necessary to resolve problems.
• Evaluate performance, strengths, weaknesses and attitude, delivering constructive feedback.
• Set personal targets with each team member and support their professional development.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation workflows and related processes.
