Team Lead - PMO

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – PMO to oversee end‑to‑end project delivery and PMO governance across multiple geographies. In this role you will partner with stateside, IT and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with firm‑wide standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Business Analyst and Project Manager, managing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Prepare management dashboards and reporting views to support leadership decision‑making.
• Drive execution of strategic projects across regions, coordinating with IT, business units and external partners.
• Maintain baselined project plans in collaboration with regional stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor project progress, quality, risks and issues, and publish weekly status reports highlighting delays and corrective actions.
• Track and manage critical‑path activities to ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Facilitate governance meetings, schedule sessions and publish minutes within defined timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in a PMO environment.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on risk, compliance and governance.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of producing clear, concise reporting for leadership.
