Team Lead – Last Mile Delivery Operations

About the role

Amazon is looking for a motivated Team Lead to oversee shift operations at its Delivery Center. You will partner with the Center Manager to ensure smooth transportation processes and deliver a high‑quality experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Center Manager to maintain efficient Amazon transportation operations.
• Execute the end‑to‑end delivery process from the delivery station to the customer address.
• Manage team bandwidth to meet peak‑time delivery demands.
• Continuously improve delivery workflows and drive sustained performance gains.
• Interact with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating ownership and bias for action.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
