Team Lead – Amazon Logistics (AMZL)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a motivated Team Lead to oversee shift operations at its Delivery Center in Dehradun. You will partner with the DC manager to drive performance, ensure safety, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end inbound and outbound operations for a large site or multiple smaller sites.
• Meet customer‑facing metrics while controlling costs and maintaining safety and team morale.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits and act as stand‑in for the Area Manager.
• Handle day and night shift schedules and resolve customer escalations.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1‑3 years of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong execution mindset, resourceful, and action‑oriented.
• Good people‑management abilities and comfortable communicating in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
