Tax Technology Consultant – NetSuite/Workday/Infor (India)

About the role

Deloitte’s Tax Technology Consulting team is looking for a senior consultant to help clients implement and optimise tax solutions within leading SaaS ERP platforms such as Workday, NetSuite and Infor. You will work closely with tax departments to translate tax requirements into effective technology designs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day interactions with client project teams and Deloitte leadership.
• Deliver components of Workday, Infor, NetSuite and third‑party tax software implementations, including design, configuration, testing and training.
• Identify business requirements, create functional designs, prototype solutions and define support procedures.
• Collaborate across Deloitte’s broader tax practice and contribute to business development activities.
• Support the development of junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing ERP or tax software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (subject to COVID‑19 restrictions).
• Experience with direct and indirect tax requirements (e.g., corporate income tax, GST, VAT, sales & use tax).
