Tax Senior Associate – Family Office

About the role

RSM is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join its Family Office Enterprise practice. You will work with ultra‑high net‑worth families, family offices and business owners, providing strategic tax planning, compliance and advisory services across the wealth lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute tax engagements, including individual, entity and trust/estate tax compliance.
• Deliver strategic tax consulting and advisory services as part of a collaborative team.
• Review work for quality, delegate tasks, and coach junior team members.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships and liaise with other professional advisors.
• Utilize cutting‑edge technology to streamline tax filing preparation and issue spotting.
