Tax Consultant II – International Tax

About the role

Deloitte India’s International Tax group is seeking a Tax Consultant II to support U.S.-based clients with international tax compliance and advisory services. You will work from one of our major Indian locations and collaborate closely with the U.S. tax team to deliver high‑quality tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. international tax returns, including Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, and 1118.
• Provide tax accounting and compliance services for multinational operations.
• Assist with advisory projects related to international tax planning and tax technology.
• Manage engagements and coordinate with junior team members.
• Support the implementation of tax transformation initiatives using technology platforms.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) or equivalent.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in U.S. taxation, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CSC CORPTAX.
• Familiarity with OneSource tax software.
