Tavern Server – Guest Service & Beverage Specialist

About the role

The Tavern Server delivers prompt, courteous food and beverage service in a high‑volume tavern environment, creating a welcoming dining experience for guests. You will work closely with teammates to maintain cleanliness, support smooth operations, and uphold the company’s guest‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly service consistent with the company’s guest‑service culture.
• Accurately take orders, enter them into the POS system, and handle payment transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist fellow servers and support staff to ensure efficient guest experiences.
• Keep the tavern clean, restocked, and organized, including counters, utensils, and condiments.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and gaming‑law compliance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑volume restaurant (preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions and work accurately in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Commitment to a respectful, inclusive, safety‑conscious workplace.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Legal right to work in the United States and ability to obtain required work cards.
