Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will drive the identification, attraction, and engagement of qualified candidates for alfanar Electric. Working closely with hiring managers, you will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline that supports both current and future recruitment needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower plans and align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
• Support line managers in defining clear selection criteria and refining job descriptions.
• Identify and engage candidates through job boards, professional networks, and digital platforms.
• Conduct market mapping and build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Maintain an active database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and line managers.
• Strong knowledge of multiple sourcing channels and market mapping techniques.
• Experience maintaining candidate databases and conducting initial screenings.
• Excellent organizational skills for interview coordination.
