About the role
Maker Lab is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to support its hiring initiatives across the APAC region. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will own the end‑to‑end sourcing process, build pipelines of creative and marketing professionals, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract marketers, creatives, event specialists, content strategists, social media experts, and creative technologists.
- Manage day‑to‑day candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, Boolean search, Workable and other recruitment marketing tools.
- Schedule and coordinate interview logistics for shortlisted candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent network for current and future hiring needs.
- Produce market insight reports and present hiring metrics to improve recruiting KPIs.
- Draft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job portals.
- Screen resumes to assess fit against role requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a candidate sourcer or researcher in a marketing, advertising, digital agency or recruitment consultancy.
- Established network of marketing and creative talent in APAC.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent influencing, consulting and relationship‑building skills.
- Critical thinker with problem‑solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication.
