Talent Acquisition Team Member

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Team Member will drive end‑to‑end recruitment activities for the India market, ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates. This position operates on a night shift with 24x7 rotational support and works from the Bengaluru office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake calls, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, digital offer management and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Achieve and monitor SLAs and KPIs, building a robust candidate pipeline.
• Apply industry knowledge to match the right talent to open positions.
• Continuously learn RPO best practices to improve recruitment capabilities.
• Engage stakeholders by communicating insights, status updates and keeping candidates informed.
• Ensure a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Support data governance and statutory compliance for HR and new‑hire data.
• Track, analyze and report recruitment metrics to enable data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• 5‑12 years of experience in sourcing and screening for the India market.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment workflow tools, including interview scheduling, offer creation and background check initiation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, providing regular updates to hiring managers and client points of contact.
• Experience hiring apprentices and familiarity with the NATS portal.
• Excellent communication and articulation abilities.
