Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical & ITES Bulk Hiring

About the role

Meazure Learning is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead technical and ITES bulk hiring initiatives. You will partner with the HR team to identify hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify future hiring needs and develop detailed job specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, Boolean search, and campus recruitment.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage the full interview process.
• Coordinate reference checks, extend offers, and negotiate employment terms.
• Oversee onboarding and new‑hire integration.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in technical and BPO hiring.
• MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume hiring and campus recruitment drives.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and independent decision‑making skills.
