Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes for all staff at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, ensuring a skilled, motivated and flexible workforce that supports high‑quality guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and administer training seminars and programmes for employees at all levels.
• Assess training needs, develop suitable curricula and evaluate the effectiveness of each programme.
• Establish orientation, training, development and evaluation systems aligned with organisational goals.
• Maintain seamless coordination with all hotel departments to maximise cooperation, productivity and morale.
• Stay updated on hospitality training trends and innovations.
• Ensure safety training compliance and communicate departmental objectives and policies.
• Motivate and develop the training team to promote teamwork and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to plan, control and implement comprehensive training initiatives.
• Strong capability to assess training effectiveness and create a positive learning environment.
• Excellent coordination skills with cross‑functional departments.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of hospitality industry training trends.
