Talent Acquisition Specialist – Study Abroad / EdTech

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring for a leading global EdTech brand focused on Study Abroad. The role requires fast execution, strong sourcing abilities, and the capacity to close positions within aggressive timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, evaluation and offer closure.
• Drive bulk and volume hiring for sales, operations and academic positions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, social channels and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and update hiring dashboards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, specifically in EdTech or Study Abroad.
• Proven experience in sales hiring and bulk recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
