Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a target‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with over five years of experience in IT recruitment. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle for domestic and US‑market IT positions while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT/Technology roles across multiple skill sets.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Engage with clients to understand job specifications, hiring priorities and act as a recruitment partner.
• Conduct screening, interviews, salary discussions and offer negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, pipeline reports and hiring metrics.
• Achieve individual and team hiring targets while handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or IT recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience in domestic IT recruitment and exposure to US IT recruitment.
• Strong client‑handling and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Currently residing in Bangalore or Kolkata.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s/Master’s in BCA, MCA, B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) or related field.
