Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Emapta, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment strategies to build high‑performing teams across IT/Technology and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, and directly support the company’s growth in the global workforce solutions industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support business units throughout the full recruitment and selection process.
• Design selection procedures, identify key competencies, and choose appropriate assessment methods.
• Serve as the primary recruitment contact for multiple job vacancies across client accounts.
• Partner with hiring teams to develop sourcing, assessment, and hiring strategies.
• Screen candidates, communicate job requirements, and manage multiple requisitions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipeline records and generate insightful reports.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to acquire top talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, including IT/Technology and corporate roles.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and ability to balance stakeholder priorities.
