Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Wellness Extract, a fast‑growing healthcare company, is looking for a results‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring across multiple functions. The role offers high ownership, direct interaction with leadership, and the chance to shape talent strategy in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, networking and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the process.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain recruitment metrics and trackers.
• Support onboarding activities and occasional HR operations tasks.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or hiring.
• Proven ability to close positions quickly while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ownership mindset, ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and best practices; exposure to HR operations is a plus.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
