Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for non‑IT functions. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across multiple business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen and assess applicants against job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate regular hiring reports.

Required profile

• Fresher to 5 years of experience in non‑IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
