Talent Acquisition Specialist – International Telesales Recruitment

About the role

Beverage Trade Network (BTN) is expanding its international telesales team and needs a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist. This 100% recruitment‑focused position will identify, interview, and hire high‑performing telesales professionals who can sell to clients across the USA, UK, Europe, Australia and other markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top telesales talent.
• Create and publish job ads on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media and referral networks.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and conduct structured interviews assessing communication, sales aptitude, confidence and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and perform reference/background checks as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Continuously improve recruitment speed, quality and hiring success rates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record hiring international telesales professionals.
• Experience recruiting candidates who have sold to customers in the USA, UK and European markets.
• Strong understanding of telesales hiring and sales talent assessment.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
