Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bangalore

About the role

Shree NM Group, a leading distributor of electrical products in India, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its Bangalore operations. You will partner with hiring managers to attract high‑quality talent and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and collect timely feedback.
• Perform reference checks and support the offer and onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and regular hiring reports.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in volume hiring and lateral recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using leading job portals for candidate sourcing.
