Talent Acquisition Sourcing Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Officer will support the Talent Acquisition team by researching and sourcing candidates for open positions. Based in Ahmedabad, the role focuses on building talent pools, market maps, and providing market intelligence to accelerate hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Create market maps and candidate talent pools using LinkedIn, Facebook, deep‑web search and cold‑calling.
• Source, approach and screen potential candidates for open roles.
• Act as the primary sourcer for positions requiring additional support, employing database mining and other sourcing methodologies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver shortlists within agreed timelines.
• Provide operational support such as editing candidate briefs and general administrative tasks.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience (in‑house or agency).
• Strong analytical abilities and independent, lateral thinking.
• Proven relationship‑building skills and high cultural awareness.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
