Talent Acquisition Sourcing Officer – Ahmedabad

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Officer based in Ahmedabad, India to support our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on researching and sourcing candidates through social media, deep‑web searches and other channels, providing market intelligence and shortlists for open positions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of market maps and talent pools using LinkedIn, deep‑web search, Facebook and cold‑calling.
• Source, approach and screen potential candidates for open roles.
• Act as the primary sourcer for positions that require additional support.
• Utilise methodologies such as deep‑web search, database mining and cold‑calling to identify suitable candidates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver shortlists within agreed timeframes.
• Provide operational support, including editing/writing candidate briefs and general administrative tasks.
• Perform any other tasks as required by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Prior recruitment experience, either in‑house or with an agency.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think independently and laterally.
• Proven relationship‑building abilities.
• High cultural awareness and agility across diverse environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
